According to the BoyGenius Report (http://www.boygeniusreport.com/2008/02/12/t-mobile-to-have-3g-by-summer-android-handset-by-end-of-2008/), CEO Hamid Akhavan of T-Mobile said they will be rolling out 3G in the US this summer.
AT&T is also planning to expand their 3G network in the latter half of '08, so it will be interesting to see how the competition between the two pushes them to take advantage of the improved power and speeds this 3G network will give them.
T-Mobile has also hinted before, and confirmed again, that they will have an Android handset in Q4 of '08, although manufacturer and specs have not been released.
