Connect2Media is the latest mobile games publisher to announce plans to bring out games for Android. The UK-based publisher is developing 12 games for the Android Market, and will release them early next year when Google starts allowing publishers to charge for their games and apps.
The initial releases will include ‘4 in a Row EX’ and ‘Classic Card Games EX’, a three-in-one collection of hearts, spades and rummy.
Eric Hobson, CEO said: “The launch of these games for Android reinforces our intention to be a developer and publisher of high quality casual games for multiple platforms and it also shows our commitment to new and exciting ways of gaming". Connect2Media says it will also bring a "brand-new and groundbreaking, as yet-to-be-announced, multi-platform franchise to Google Android".
The games will be part of a larger Connect2Media release schedule that encompasses iPhone, Xbox360 and Wii.
