Android lacked this feature of syncing your contacts with Exchange server. Wrik and Intermedia have come to the rescue of those in need. Their ContactSync app will sync your phone contacts with the contacts on your Exchange server.

The app can currently perform only one-way sync from the server to phone. But improvements are expected as we go through G1's official launch.
