Explorer style files manager

it would be nice to have a "file explorer" for our G1, and capable of network drive sharing. :D

I agree...I would like to be able to organize my pictures in folders and even password protect some folders...in case I have pics that I don't want just anyone to be able to see!

in the Market there is a new one which name is Android Files Manager
download it and its useful
but ....it cant delete files from sdcard or im wrong

Yeah there is a file manag app in the market an you can delete just no copy option plus the new version no longer let's you see all the phones .sys files any more which sucks. If they add copy an let us back into the phones file system this would be the best tool for our G1.

that file manager is based on an open source app I released few months back, i still have the source sitting around somewhere. Let me know what features you guys want :)

check out the app called "Glance". You can find it in tools section of the market. It has cut, copy, paste and delete. You can see all files on phone, including system files.

Glance is great for seeing all the phones files an folders also the only one with a copy option. The new bender file manager is great it only needs copy an the use of the back button.
