How do I restore my gphone to factory settings.

I had it jailbroken and I dont want it like that anymore. I have tmobile and I would like my phone to just be the way I first got it b4 I rooted it. So Pretty much I want to reverse it. How do I restore back to factory settings? Do I have to flash it ? I was looking for a guide but I cant find one.
