G1 can now be a wireless keyboard/mouse thanks to RemoteDroid

A new app in the Market, RemoteDroid, allows the G1 to be used as wireless keyboard/mouse. The app talks to the PC over Wifi. There is already an app in the Market, GMote, which does something similar and also allows you to control media on PC.

Nevertheless, this is a cool app and we hope to see this developed into something really useful.

Well incase if your watching a movie from your laptop i guess you can double click on any video you willing to watch. Nevertheless its pretty sweet

I love it! it's like adding a touchpad to my desktop It comes in handy as my computer faces my bed and sometimes I'm way too lazy to move 4 feet to access stuff lol

It doesnt seem to work on my xp 64bit .. wonder if its just me or if it doesnt work with that yet.

Haha, Thats pretty sweet. Love these kind of apps.

Wouldnt use it all the time, but if im watching a film etc. Good for not getting off my bed to change, or pause film.

this is amazing, totally has saved me the hassle of getting bluetooth powerpoint clicker for presentations now, i installed it and it worked perfectly!
