unlimited calls through skype!

hey everyone. i just wanted to let everyone know a good way to save some money. I am making unlimited calls through skype.

I set the skype number it dials out as a fave 5, then i pay $8 for 3 months skype, i also have the unlimited data and messaging plan for t-mobile.

because the skype number being on a fave 5, i get charged nothing and can call anyone unlimited at any time. i also set skype to show my cell on caller IDs.

$3 skype unlimited
$35 unlimited data / messaging
$40 300 minute myfaves
----------------
$78 a month on NO CONTRACT FLEXPAY. that also includes unlimited everything!


also because the calls are done through voice, you dont need a good data connection for a decent call. also DO NOT DOWNLOAD iskoot. iskoot makes calls to multiple numbers when dialing out. i learned this the hard way. I hope this can help someone

My cheapest way for free unlimited messaging and unlim voice calling... was to put my @Home SIM in my blackberry curve... so anywhere I have wifi i get free unlim calls. and they dont calculate txt usage since it's a home phone. so free messaging and free calling... only limitation is its now a wifi phone (have it set for wifi only).

nice. i would do that but @ home requires a contract and they claim i owe them $240 (when i was 16). I am working on fighting that but i am still stuck on flexpay so this is working for me. i love finding little ways around things to save cash

there's that whole thing of not being held liable for a contract prior to the age of 18. Ask BMG they sent me to collections for 10 different accounts of free cds they sent me lol. I never paid them a dime. Because of that stipulation. They had to drop it, as they could not send me to collections and I refused to pay. They cannot hold debt over your head prior to legal adult age.
