Speculation about Samsung's first Gphone are all over the place, after the
S8000 rumor, here's another one courtesy Bild am Sonntag.
BAMS claim to have insider's info on i7500 coming out exclusively to O2 Germany sometime this June. The rumored specs are:
- Android 1.5 (Cupcake)
- Quad band GSM/GPRS/EDGE connectivity
- Dual band UMTS/HSPA connectivity
- 3.2 inch capacitive touchscreen display with HVGA (480 x 320) resolution
- GPS
- Wi-Fi
- Bluetooth
- 5MP camera with LED flash
- 3.5mm headset jack
- 528 MHz Qualcomm MSM7200A
- 8GB of internal memory
- MicroSD card support
From the looks of it, the keys don't seem to have the traditional Gphone layout with Home/Menu button missing. So this is probably just another passing rumor, but if it becomes a reality, $398 without a contract doesn't sound like a bad deal at all.
