Too fast for 100kb-200kb

Tested with 400kb DL

Results:
532 kbit/sec
0.351s latency
6.355s d/l time

Location:

Device Signal:

Could you all also post your decibel level also, located under Settings >About Phone>Status>Signal Strength & Network Type.
