how do i get auto rotation???

Need more info from you. What version of Android are you running? RC29? RC30?

If you have rc29 or modded rc30, and have root access, the app Droidsans will enable auto rotation.

my guess you have yours unmodded, otherwise you would have known you modded it... So it is not available on unmodded RC30s as they do not have root access. and at this time they cannot get root access... sorry

I don't think this problem comes from the devs that are making the apps but more on googles side,because there the ones who blocked the phone so that these options could not be accessed.
Multi touch being one of the other major features that have come up in forum which most users would love to have running on there phone. If you give it time they will find a way to reverse this the patch.

Root access is similar to having full admin rights on a windows pc. In Linux (what Android is) the user name 'root' has no limitations to installing software or making system configuration changes. Its a great security model, as you never (rarely) operate a linux pc logged in as root. You use another username with limited rights. It protects the operating system from damage.

its alright but i checked out my firmware version and its 1.0 and my build number is kila-user 1.0 TC4-RC30 116143 and yeah i have no idea what that means but i know i have the rc30 but still dont know how to install auto rotation so what do i do if you dont mind me asking

root access currently is a mod only done before RC30 (ie RC19, RC29). So if you are already on stock RC30 you are stuck until someone figures out how.

Well that sucks but I'm cool on ringtones I got that ringdroid from the market and I can just chop up songs that are on my sdcard but for some reason some albums that are on my sdcard don't show up in the app or my phone kinda annoying I have to add the album to another one just to play it or even show up but thanks anyways
