Close browser windows?

After visiting a website and then leaving by pressing menu to go do something else, the page stays there. How do you close a web page?

While using the browser, press MENU, select WINDOWS, and touch the X on each window to close it.

the X's should be in the lower right hand corner. If you only see new window and one more then you only have one window open and cannot close it.
